Training and Development

The mission of Baptist Churches Western Australia (BCWA) is ‘building a healthy church’.

We believe that a healthy church, loving God and loving people well, will demonstrate health in the areas of mission and ministry, organisational management, and pastoral leadership. The training and development opportunities provided on this site are one of the ways that BCWA seeks to partner with local churches and leaders to fulfil this mission.
